Now you’ll be 3D Secure with Tejara Capital Islamic Credit Cards

At Tejara Capital, we want to make sure that all your online transactions are safe. Therefore in cssociation with MasterCard, we have introduced 3D Secure authentication on all Tejara Capital Islamic Credit Cards.

3D Secure is an additional level of security when using your Tejara Capital credit card for any online transactions.

As a username and pcssword are required to perform any online transactions, even if your Card details are compromised,you will be protects from any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Peace of Mind with Secure Online Transactions

You now have the peace of mind in knowing that 3D Secure authentication gives you added safety and protection when using your Tejara Capital Islamic Credit Cardsfor online transactions.

This service can be registered while you are proccssing a transaction online. It can be done by following the mentioned steps:

1. How to register for this service?
   • After entering your card details on the merchant page you will be redirected to an Tejara Capital page.
   • On this page you will be prompted to provide your ID number, your date of birth and your mobile number. Please note to enter your mobile number in the form 00968 XXXX XXXX.
   • Once you have entered the above information correctly you will be asked to create a User ID and pcssword. The user ID needs to be at least 6 characters long all in lower case and has to have a number as well. For example: Alizz1. The pcssword needs to be 8 characters long, all in lower case and has to have a digit and a special character such as *!@.# For example: alizzislamic1*
2. In case you forget your pcssword, please use the ‘forget pcssword’ link available on the page requesting your user ID and pcssword. Please enter your information (Mobile number, Date of Birth, Identification Number) as mentioned above and reset your pcssword.
3. When three incorrect pcsswords are entered your 3D secure account will be blocked. You will be required to call our call center on to unblock your account.
4. There are no fees cssociated with this new service. It is provided by Tejara Capital for free to it’s customer to enhance the security of it’s credit card shopping online.
5. Currently, 3D Secure service is available with online merchants who have subscribed with MasterCard SecureCode.
6. Supplementary card holders should register their card with primary card holders details
